To make a purchase on our site please select the item you would like to purchase on our store and add it onto our shopping cart. Please repeat this process to multiple products if you wish and click onto our shopping cart to complete the order. Please note that at this stage, depending on the payment terms you selected, you may be asked for a few details that we will require completing the order.
We use secure on-line payment system PayPal. We also accept all major credit cards: Switch, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Delta and Electron.
Once payment is made you will receive a confirmation order to confirm your purchase and that we have received your order. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. A contract will only be activated between us once an invoice is sent to you. Please note that this term has been added in order to protect us from errors being made in our pricing for instance accidentally under priced our items. In addition this also applies in the events that we are unable to provide you with the item purchased due to the manufacture no longer being able to supply the product. All products are subject to availability, if your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date. In an event of a change in price we will always seek to contact the customer to notify them of the change and make sure the price is acceptable.
Delivery Policy
Delivery within mainland will vary depending on the product being purchased, items are usually dispatched will be dispatched within 3 – 10 working days.Delivery will only be made to the cardholder’s registered address or the cardholders place of work which may need to be verified before dispatch. We will not in any circumstances deliver to any other address.
Please note that for any items that are returned to us by Royal Mail as uncollected from their sorting office, we will not provide a second free delivery for customers who would still like the order. We will contact the customer for the delivery charge before we dispatch it a second time.
Custom Charges
You may be liable to pay import duties from customs (applies to countries outside the European Union). Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Warranties
You warrant that the information entered onto the Order Form is true
Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.
Returns Policy
In the event of customer dissatisfaction towards any of our products a refund will be happily issued on the condition that the item has been received within 14 days of your receipt of the goods and that the item is returned in the same conditions and original packaging. In an event of the wrong size or colour been ordered we will happily exchange the product. Please note that we recommend that items returned to us are sent by recorded delivery in order to ensure the delivery of your item. In the unlikely event that we did not receive your item we will not be responsible for this. If we ship the wrong size or colour or there is a problem with the style we will issue a refund in full.
If you require a refund, you will be obliged to pay the cost of the return shipping. We currently use a company called myhermes.co.uk for shipments as they offer excellent value for money. Please use this company to return your items.
The goods and box must not be returned in a condition that is deemed as unacceptable for re-sale. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way.
When Returning the product please ensure that your name, address and Unique Order Reference number are clearly written on a piece of paper and inserted with the goods. If you require an exchange please give full details of your requirements.
Any claims against incorrect delivery or non-delivery must be made within the period specified below which commence at the date of postage. We regret that claims made outside this time limit cannot be accepted. UK: 7days. Overseas: 14 days.
Guarantee
All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch and this should reach you undamaged and ready to use. In an unfortunate circumstance whereby the items are received faulty or a fault becomes apparent after wearing, a replacement, refund or a credit note will be issued at the director’s discretion.
If you believe that your goods are faulty please contact our customer services department at: sales@backpainproducts.co.uk. Please note that we will not refund return postage cost unless previously agreed. All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for manufacturing defects. If deemed faulty a full refund, exchange or credit note will be given. This is limited to 14 days please contact us for further information.
After inspection if goods are found not to be faulty, any refund will be subject to £6.00 administration charge. The Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulation 2000 recommended a return of 7 working days within which the consumer can return their goods.
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer

The payment section on our checkout section of our website is held on a secure server. After the address details are entered on the site you will be aware that the next procedure will change the URL to https:// and that the padlock appears on the site, this is a dedicated secure payment capture server provided by and e-commerce security company.
Your credit card details are not held anywhere in clear text on any website.
